What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, organization, topic and message. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we collect it

To read and answer your message, and to keep a record of the conversation. We never sell or rent your information, and we never add you to a mailing list without your separate consent.

Who processes it

• A2 Hosting hosts this website.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, sends the form. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for this check.
• Resend delivers the form message to our inbox.

These providers might store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and tax obligations, then delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to withdraw consent. Use the contact form and we will answer within 30 days.
